MVP Youth Flag Football is a non-profit organization. Registration fees go to cover all expenses: field fees, uniforms and flags, trophies, equipment purchasing and maintenance, officials, insurance, advertising, etc.
REFUND POLICY:
Full refunds (less SportsEngine processing/management fees) are allowed before the league registration closes for that season less any costs associated with custom player or parent jerseys if they have been put into production.
After registration closes, refunds will be issued minus $50.00 administration fee and any custom jersey fees if ordered.
After teams have been formed and we have the coaches meeting, refunds will only be given if we can replace your spot on the team and the refund will be less the 50.00 admin fee and custom jersey fees if ordered.
There are NO REFUNDS issued after games begin.
All Sponsorships and/or donations to the league are non-refundable.
All refund requests placed in writing via Email prior to the close of registration will be processed within 14 days of request or 30 days of the close of registration depending on the time of the request.
